We Turned a 3-Axis Mill Into a Precision Grinder

First time we have ever done a Jig Grinding application on a 3 Axis CNC Machine. RJ takes on an unconventional CNC machining process by jig bore grinding on the Sodick UX650L, using CBN and aluminum oxide grinding wheels to produce exceptionally fine bore finishes. As RJ pushes the machine and grinding process further, the results exceed his expectations, demonstrating just how much precision can be achieved with this unconventional approach to CNC grinding.
