Turn ANY Logo Into a 3D Print FREE | Image to STL in Minutes #3dprinting
Turn ANY logo or simple image into a multicolor 3D-printable model in minutes!
In this step-by-step tutorial, I show you how to take a normal 2D image or logo, clean it up with AI, convert it into a 3D-printable file using MakerWorld MakerLab, and then customize and print it in Bambu Studio.
You can use this workflow to create:
• Custom keychains
• Team hype chains
• School & sports logos
• Coasters
• Backpack tags
• Name tags
• Bookmarks
• Business logos
• Personalized gifts
• Multicolor signs
• Custom merchandise
The best part? You don’t need advanced CAD skills.

🤖 AI + 3D PRINTING
One of the easiest ways to get a clean 3D print is to first simplify your source image.
In the video, I demonstrate using an AI image tool to remove unwanted text and graphics and create a clean image with sharp, well-defined edges.
Once you have a clean image, MakerLab can identify the different areas and convert them into printable geometry.
🎨 MULTICOLOR PRINTING
MakerLab can separate the colors in your image and prepare the model for multicolor printing.
If you’re using a Bambu Lab printer with an AMS, you can reduce similar colors into a smaller number of filament colors and create surprisingly complex-looking prints from a simple logo.
🛠️ TOOLS USED:
MakerWorld MakerLab
Bambu Studio
Meshmixer
AI image tools
📁 FILE TYPES:
STL
3MF
💡 WHY LEARN THIS?
Once you understand this workflow, you can take a school logo, sports team logo, business logo or your own artwork and quickly turn it into a physical object.
The workflow is basically:
IMAGE → CLEAN UP → CONVERT → CUSTOMIZE → SLICE → PRINT
You can then take the resulting STL into other modeling software and customize it even further.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Make sure you have permission to reproduce or sell logos, artwork and other intellectual property that you don’t own. Creating something for yourself and commercially selling someone else’s logo are not necessarily treated the same way.
