The Creality Falcon A1 is a fully enclosed, Class 1 certified 10 watt diode laser engraver with a built-in camera, included air assist, and CoreXY motion system. And it arrives almost completely pre-assembled. In this review, I put it through a full month of testing across wood, leather, acrylic, slate, coated aluminum, and stainless steel. The cut speed results were the fastest I’ve ever recorded from a 10 watt laser, topping out at 720 millimeters per minute through 3mm birch plywood in a single pass. I cover the laser module, focusing system, enclosure safety features, camera alignment, software options including Falcon Design Space and Lightburn, noise levels, and real-world material results.
