Stratasys vs Polymaker PC-ABS: Industrial vs Desktop 3D Printing
Can modern desktop 3D printers compete with industrial FDM systems?
In this video I compare genuine Stratasys PC-ABS parts printed on a Stratasys Fortus 450mc with Polymaker PC-ABS printed on two modern desktop 3D printers: the Bambu Lab H2D and the Prusa Core One L.
The Stratasys specimens were ordered directly from Stratasys and cost $104. I compare print quality, dimensional accuracy, weight, shrinkage, mechanical properties, temperature resistance and long-term creep performance to see how close modern desktop printers can get to industrial FDM technology.
