Step on how to sublimated on a tumbler

1. Print — Print your design on sublimation paper (mirrored)
2. Cut — Trim to size, leave a little overlap
3. Wrap Around — Wrap tightly around your 20oz skinny, align the seam
4. Tape — Secure with heat-resistant tape (top, middle, bottom + seam)
5. Butcher Paper — Wrap with butcher paper to protect it
6. Heat Press — Mug press at 375°F for 60 sec, rotate and press again, or oven at 400°F for 6 min turning halfway
7. Remove with Gloves It will be HOT — use heat gloves, you’ll see steam. Don’t touch bare-handed.
8. Peel & Reveal While Hot Peel butcher paper first, then peel the sublimation paper in one smooth pull. That vibrant transfer is your design
9. Cool Down Set it on a silicone mat / cooling pad and let it cool completely before adding lid or straw.
10. Clean & Polish — Wipe rim & edges with microfiber / alcohol to remove any residue
11. Add Lid & Bling — Screw on bling lid, add straw + bow charm. This is your upsell moment.
12. Package for Customer
• Place in pink box with crinkle paper
• Add care card: “Hand wash only, no dishwasher, no microwave”
• Seal with LoveAble Creations sticker + ribbon
