Lancoda 3D Vacuum Sublimation on a 2-in-1 MagSafe Phone Case | Full Process + Wireless Charging Demo

In this video, we demonstrate the complete workflow for creating a custom 3D 2-in-1 MagSafe sublimation coating phone case using a 3D vacuum heat press machine.

What you’ll see:
⚙ The Sublimation Process — A printed transfer sheet is applied to a blank coating case, then placed into the 3D vacuum machine. The vacuum pump removes air from the chamber, forcing the silicone membrane to wrap the design tightly around the case‘s curved edges and sides. 

Recommended settings for phone cases: approximately 190°C (374°F) for 360–480 seconds, depending on the equipment. 
🔄 2-in-1 Interchangeable Design — This case features a removable printed back panel that magnetically snaps onto the TPU/PC frame. One base case, multiple looks. 
⚡ Wireless Charging Test — We place the finished case on a MagSafe wireless charger and show charging in action. The integrated magnetic ring maintains alignment and charging efficiency. 
🔒 Durability — The sublimation process embeds the ink into the polymer coating, not just on the surface, resulting in a print that resists scratching, peeling, and fading.
