Testing Piccola CNC’s precision: repeatability under 10 µm in 5 mm rapids, under 2 µm over 0.1 mm, with a max theoretical resolution of 0.0025 mm.

Belt-driven ballscrews on all three axes, tuned motion ratio and decoupled motors that eliminate backlash and cross-coupling.

It will be fully open source, so the numbers can be checked.
