After months of designing, machining, and testing, I finally built my dream power bank.
This project features a fully CNC-machined all-aluminum body, making it both durable and premium. Inside, it packs a 20,400mAh battery with a 220W total output, providing enough power to charge multiple devices at the same time.
It includes:
2× USB-C ports
2× USB-A ports
30W wireless charging
12V & 24V DC output (2.1mm Female Adapter Plug)
The dedicated 12V and 24V outputs make it perfect for camping, outdoor adventures, DIY electronics, and powering a wide range of portable devices.
I also embedded two extremely strong magnets into the bottom of the power bank, allowing it to securely attach to almost any steel or iron surface.
The charging system is designed to be as flexible as possible. The power bank accepts an input power from 15W up to 47W, so it can be charged with almost any USB-C power adapter. At the maximum 47W input, it charges from 0% to 100% in just 1 hour and 36 minutes. It also supports fast charging directly from a car cigarette lighter, making it ideal for travel and camping.
For outdoor use, the power bank includes a built-in LED light with four lighting modes:
High brightness (500 lumens) — up to 10 hours
Medium brightness (100 lumens) — up to 30 hours
Red light
Flashing red emergency mode
This project combines CNC machining, electronics, and custom engineering into a compact, high-performance power bank built for everyday use, camping, road trips, and outdoor adventures.
