This video takes you inside WJM’s in-house laser engraving workshop. Each silicone POS cover is locked into a positioning jig, then a high-energy laser burns away the sprayed surface coating, revealing the base tone of the silicone underneath. What’s left is a permanent two-tone brand mark — nothing printed, nothing glued, nothing that can peel, fade or rub off.

Scope, stated honestly: laser engraving produces a two-tone mark. For full multi-color logos, screen printing or pad printing is the right process — and if you want a colored cover with a permanent mark, we spray the base first and engrave through it.
