■Cutting condition :
① [ External turning ]
Vc = 100 m/min, f = 0.4 mm/rev, ap = 0.2 mm

② [ Face turning]
Vc = 100 m/min, f = 0.1 mm/rev, ap = 0.2 mm

③ [ Hole making ]
Vc = 150 m/min, f = 0.12 mm/rev

④ [ Internal Turning ]
Vc = 70 m/min, f = 0.3 mm/rev, ap = 1.5 mm
