Custom acrylic parts can take very different shapes depending on the application.

This short video shows some of the transparent PMMA components we machine in our workshop, including custom-shaped parts with detailed features and complex geometries.

We manufacture precision acrylic and PMMA components based on customer drawings and project requirements, including parts for microfluidics, laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, fluid handling and other precision applications.

For microfluidic components, the geometry can include channels, openings, thin sections and other detailed features that need to be machined according to the design.

Beyond PMMA, we also machine PEEK, PAI, PEI, PI, PPSU, PTFE, PVDF and other engineering plastics.
