Can 3D printed dolls have rooted hair?

My Olivia Rodrigo Monster High doll is getting a much needed makeover. I originally 3D modeled and 3D printed this doll and now she is getting rooted hair instead of a wig.

The flexible resin I used is F69 by Resione.
