Fully Automatic CNC Machine Tool
The machine bed is integrally cast from HT300 cast iron and subjected to two aging treatments as required by the process to guarantee stable precision without deformation. All holes and datum surfaces for power head mounting are finished in one setup by a CNC machining center. One operator can manage 8 to 12 machine tools.
Working Mode & Performance:
Equipped with a vibratory feeder and tracked robotic arm for automatic feeding and unloading, the machine realizes fully automatic machining.
