In this video, I’ll show you how to create stunning, colorful tiles with laser engraving! I start with plain white glossy tiles and add vibrant color layers using acrylic spray paint. You’ll see my technique for layering colors, starting from light to dark, and how I prepare the images for laser engraving with precise adjustments on image-r.com. I’m using an 80-watt CO2 laser with a compound lens to set the DPI at 318, which results in beautiful, dynamic shading effects. I’ll also guide you through importing the image into Lightburn and setting up the cut layers to align perfectly with the tiles.

Once everything is positioned, we begin the engraving process, where the colors truly come to life! I share tips on using the passthrough option in Lightburn and how to avoid issues like uneven coloring.
