How Signs Were Made Before CNC Machines

Long before CNC machines, signs like this were carved entirely by hand.

In this video, I team up with @ShenandoahPlaningMill in Charles Town, West Virginia to create a hand-carved mahogany sign using traditional techniques and hand tools. From layout to carving, follow along as this beautiful piece of mahogany is transformed into one of my favorite signs to date.
