I challenged the ToolDance X1 to turn a solid block of metal into something that represents The Q – a custom bicycle sprocket with the Q built directly into the design.

In this video, we take the project from a digital model to a finished machined part, using ToolDance Studio, smart CAM features, automated tool changing and the X1’s CNC machining capabilities.

This isn’t just about looking at a CNC machine — it’s about seeing what happens when you give it an actual challenge.
