Norton White Tile Engraving – 3 Years Later: What I Wish I Knew Sooner!

“It’s been three years since I first tried the Norton White Tile engraving method, and I finally circled back to revisit it — and wow, I’ve learned a lot. One of the biggest things? Don’t over complicate it. The winning formula is dead simple: 1 part titanium dioxide to 3 parts water or alcohol. That’s it. Forget the glue — not needed. The real game-changer was using an airbrush for application, and to my surprise, water worked just as well as alcohol. Want to make your life even easier? Add a few drops of food dye to help with visibility while spraying. And if you’re doing this indoors, a vent hood for your airbrush setup is well worth it.”

Lasers I used in the making of this video xTool S1 both 20 and 40 watt and the xTool F1 Ultra but any Blue Light Laser Can do this process. I love xTool lasers they are very user friendly. 20 watt or above I would recommend but a 10 watt will also work.
