$3 Laser Product Turned Into a $700 Wedding Order | Day 15
Laser cut wedding invitations are one of the most profitable laser products you can sell. One customer ordered 170 pieces at $3 each, that order ended up at almost $700.
Day 15 of my 100 Days, 100 Laser Products challenge. In this laser cutting and laser engraving tutorial I make personalized wooden wedding invitations from plywood, then break down the business side: pricing, upselling, and how to find customers.
The full process: preparing the design, laser engraving the wedding details, laser cutting, sanding, linseed oil, protective clear finish, and packaging for the customer.
Why this is a good laser business product: a wedding invitation is never a one-item sale. Once a couple orders invitations, they need matching table numbers, place cards, welcome signs, cake toppers, and guest book signs. That’s how a small laser order becomes a big one.
If you run a CO2 laser, diode laser, xTool, Glowforge, OMTech, Thunder Laser, or any laser engraver and you want profitable laser products to sell, laser business ideas, or ways to make money with your laser cutter, this series is for you.
