3D Printing a Fix for the Ugliest Part of My Room

Our AC window kit was hideous, so I designed and 3D printed my own. Scanned the window opening with my EinScan Rigil, modeled a custom hose coupler in Fusion 360, then printed it on my Bambu Lab H2S. It seats with a tight friction fit plus a little foam — tolerances close enough that no air leaks through, no felt or gasket needed.
