UV Printed vs. Laser Engraved Ornaments — Which One Will You Make?

I’ve been working on some personalized Christmas ornaments, and this time I’m making the same design two different ways: a full-color UV print on White PlyCore and a laser engraving on TruFlat. I’ll walk through customizing the Cuttle template, setting up the files in xTool Studio, and cutting and finishing both ornaments.

I also break down the production times and what I plan to charge for each version. Making one ornament at a time is a very different workflow from batching a sheet, so I’ll show you how that changes the numbers and share an idea for personalizing them at craft shows.
