Making Tiny Wooden Ship Blocks with CNC | Model Shipbuilding Detail

Blocks supplied in wooden model ship kits are often far from perfect — especially in smaller scales like 1:65.
For this project, I decided to design and machine my own wooden ship blocks using Fusion 360 and a CNC machine.

The CNC did not do all the work by itself: each part still needed cleaning, sanding, hole checking, and wood staining. But the final result looks much cleaner, more accurate, and better suited for a detailed wooden ship model.
