Sublimation on Metal Business Cards | Does It Work? Vibrant Results Tested!

In this video, I’m testing sublimation on metal business cards to see if it actually works—and more importantly, if the results come out vibrant and professional. Spoiler alert… it works beautifully!
I walk you through my full sublimation process using a 16×20 auto-release heat press, an EcoTank sublimation printer, sublimation ink, and sublimation paper. This test was pressed at 400 degrees for 60 seconds, and the finished metal business cards came out sharp, crisp, and vibrant.
⚠️ Important tip: Metal gets extremely hot compared to apparel, so I highly recommend wearing heat-protective gloves when handling your cards after pressing.
I also show how you can easily design your metal business card templates in Canva. Be sure to save your design as a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI (minimum). You can go higher if needed for extra crispness and sharp detail.
