Can You Make $50 EVERY Hour? Hold My Beer!
Woodworking and laser projects don’t have to be expensive. In this video, I turn an old piece of wardrobe hardboard and some scrap plywood into a custom wall sign using a 40W diode laser. From designing the artwork to engraving, cutting, staining, and assembling the frame, I’ll show you every step of the build—including a few mistakes along the way.
If you’ve been wondering whether a diode laser is powerful enough for real woodworking projects, this video puts it to the test. We engrave, cut plywood, try cutting 3/4-inch pine, and build a finished framed sign using nothing more than reclaimed materials and a bit of patience.
