As someone who knows laser engraving but very little about 3D printing, I skipped the small practice projects and jumped headfirst into building a massive ED-209. Along the way I explored the 40W laser, multi-material 3D printing, curved surface engraving, software, accessories, and real-world workflow to find out if the H2D Laser Edition truly lives up to the hype.
