We built a CNC Lathe for our garage to go along with our DIY CNC Mill. While this process was not identical to our CNC mill video where we built the entire machine out of scrap, this CNC lathe borrowed a frame from an existing machine. We then gutted out all of the old electronics and replaced them with our own modern electronics, and wrote our own software to make this beast of a machine function.
