I 3D Printed My Dream Body Kit

We’re turning my Toyota GR Corolla into a Rally2 inspired rally car using a 3D printer.

My dream car is the GR Yaris Rally2, but since you can’t buy one in the United States, I decided to build my own. This is Episode 2 of the Rally Rolla build, where the idea starts becoming real.

In this video, we take the GR Corolla from concept to real life. We 3D scan the car, design a custom widebody, manufacture the first 3D printed panels, and begin test fitting the Rally Rolla kit onto the car.

The goal is to build a GR Corolla widebody that feels OEM+, functional, and rally inspired. No random parts. No exposed hardware. No cutting the car apart. Every panel has a reason.

This build is inspired by the Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, WRC cars, Group B rally cars, and the idea of creating a rally car Toyota could have sold from the factory.
