3D Printing a Wind Anemometer | Rotating Cup Assembly

The first moving part of my DIY anemometer is complete.

I designed and 3D printed the upper rotating assembly, including the cups and arms that will respond to wind and measure wind speed.

This is part of a larger ArsalanLab project where I’m building a complete wind data logging system for future wind turbine testing.

Next steps: reducing weight, improving low-wind response, adding bearings and integrating the speed sensor.
